According to information from the Call Center Kaktus.media, residents of the capital are expressing dissatisfaction regarding the puddles that have formed. The accumulated water on the roads poses a danger to both pedestrians and drivers. City dwellers are demanding that the authorities organize water pumping and address the issue of improving drainage, which is unable to handle the volume of water.

One local resident said: "Cars are sinking on Deng Xiaoping Street in the 'Akuna' area. The ditch was dug, but no warnings were installed. As a result, it overflowed and one of the cars fell in. We need to pump out the water somehow."

It is impossible to pass at the intersection of Jibek Jolu Avenue and Suymbaeva Street, as well as at the corner of Chuy Avenue and the Embankment due to large puddles.

One woman, commenting on the situation, noted: "Neither to cross nor to swim."

Residents insist on the need for a quick resolution to this problem.

Another city resident added: "It is impossible to pass at the intersection of Leo Tolstoy and Bakh streets. Maybe it's time for the utility services to take some measures? On one side is the road, and you can't bypass it, and on the other — everything is flooded."

In response to citizens' reports, the press service of the mayor's office stated that the ditches had been cleared.
