Break in the heating main in Bishkek. When will hot water and heating be restored?

On April 7th, between Mederov and Akhunbaev streets, work continues to eliminate the emergency on the heating pipe with a diameter of 900 mm, which has caused a shutdown of heating and hot water in some southern districts of the capital. This information was announced by the press service of the mayor's office.

To resolve the issue, the old pipe was temporarily disconnected and connected to a backup pipeline.

Since the accident, heating in the city has not been interrupted. The brief shutdown of hot water has already been resolved, and it is currently being supplied in stages. In the 5th microdistrict, hot water supply has been fully restored, while in the other upper areas, full restoration is planned within four hours.

Five units of special equipment are involved in eliminating the emergency, including a crane, an excavator, a mobile pumping station, and two specialized vans.

The mayor's office assured that all necessary measures will be taken to complete the installation of the new pipe as soon as possible, and it is expected to take no more than one day.
