The Ministry of Construction fined a developer in Bishkek 400,000 soms
The agency reported that violations were found during the construction of a nine-story residential complex at the address: N. Kopernika St., 26/1, as well as a fourteen-story building on J. Baatyra St., 50a.
According to the information, the building standards of Kyrgyzstan were not adhered to at these sites. Additionally, there was no unified object passport, and safety measures were not followed.
Following the inspection, a report was drawn up, and a directive was issued requiring the developer to rectify the identified deficiencies. As a result of the compiled protocol, a fine of 400,000 soms was imposed.
