The specialists of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic have confirmed that it is indeed possible to receive a pension by proxy.
Pensioners can issue a power of attorney in accordance with the norms of civil legislation of the country to receive their payments.
The Social Fund noted: "It is important that the power of attorney is drawn up in accordance with the rules established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, and that its validity is confirmed annually. In this case, payments by proxy will be made throughout the entire term of its validity, even if it exceeds one year."
