The athletes will compete at the WKF world ranking event in Fujairah
From February 11 to 16, an international WKF karate tournament will take place in the emirate of Fujairah (UAE), featuring students from the SDYUSHOR 'Olymp' in Bishkek. The Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Tourism, and Youth Affairs of the Bishkek City Hall announced that the team has already departed for this important competition.
Before the departure, a meeting was held where the department director, Kanybek Zholchubekov, wished the athletes success at the tournament. This event is notable for the expected participation of karate practitioners from over 70 countries, making it one of the largest global tournaments for youth.
The financial support for the participation of Bishkek athletes in these competitions was provided by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Tourism, and Youth Affairs of the Bishkek City Hall.
