Toktorbaev decided not to use this vehicle for his personal needs, but to transfer it to the disposal of the city administration of Osh. He noted that although his relatives offered him to keep the car, he deemed it more appropriate to hand it over to the municipality, as the official vehicles of the mayor's office are already quite worn out.
"My relatives from the Jalal-Abad region gifted me a car. I told them that I have a personal vehicle, and the official car of the mayor's office is outdated. If you don't mind, please make this gift to the municipality instead of me," Toktorbaev shared his thoughts.
This is already the third car that Toktorbaev has received as a gift during his tenure as mayor. Previously, he was given a "LiXiang L9," which also became part of the municipal vehicle fleet. This was done by the order of President Sadyr Japarov.
It is worth noting that on September 17, 2025, during his trip to Bishkek, the president presented Toktorbaev with a new official vehicle, the cost of which ranges from 30,000 to 65,000 dollars depending on the configuration and year of manufacture. Interestingly, this gift was made to the mayor the day after Japarov issued him a severe reprimand for "improper performance of official duties."
Additionally, in July 2025, the head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, also presented Toktorbaev with a "Changan X5 Plus" on behalf of the president for his "good work." This Chinese-made crossover costs between 11,500 and 13,200 dollars depending on the configuration. For example, the average price for a 2025 "Changan X5 Plus" with a 1.5-liter engine in Bishkek at that time was around 12,000 dollars.
