The creation of the new complex aims to improve working conditions for employees and will serve as a basis for conducting in-depth scientific research. The project includes the establishment of the scientific center "Ak-Ilbirs," which will focus on the restoration of rare and endangered species of wild animals, as well as the protection of the region's natural heritage.

During the inspection of the site, Minister Meder Mashiev emphasized the importance of the quality and timely execution of all works by the contractors. He noted that the new conditions will allow the center's staff to conduct environmental protection activities more effectively.
This updated complex will become a key element in the development of ecological tourism and will enhance the protection of the unique ecosystem of the Issyk-Kul region, the ministry noted.
