According to Toktorbaev, Tashiev emphasized in his statement that he follows the president's decision and called for maintaining peace and stability in the country.
Toktorbaev also noted that Tashiev and President Sadyr Japarov are close friends who have shared important moments in life and supported each other. "I do not know all the details of their relationship, but I am sure that the public is worried right now. When Kamchybek returns, they will be able to discuss all issues. This is just my opinion, but their friendship should not become a subject of political speculation," the mayor added.
He also reported that Tashiev is currently feeling fine.
As for his own political career, Toktorbaev stated that the changes did not affect him. "We will follow any instructions from the president. If he says 'Leave,' I am ready to resign immediately," he emphasized.
It is worth recalling that on February 10, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree removing Kamchybek Tashiev from the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chairman of the SCNS. Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov was appointed as the acting chairman of the SCNS, and three deputy chairmen were also dismissed.
