Representatives of the Capital Construction Department reported that the underground part of the building will feature a two-level parking facility capable of accommodating up to 80 cars.
Officials did not provide details about the planned structures that will be housed in the new building, noting that the project is still in the development stage.
It was previously reported that preparatory work for the construction of a new administrative complex has begun at the site of the closed parking lot near the current city hall on Kyiv Street.
