The deputy noted the achievements of the country's leaders and emphasized the importance of unity in parliament.
Umbetaly Kadyraliev, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, called for unity around President Sadyr Japarov and Kamchybek Tashiev, whom he described as a hero. He noted that the last two days in the country had been marked by political tension.
The deputy shared that he had trouble sleeping last night, adding that President Japarov likely felt similarly after the recent decision.
“Sadyr Japarov is the democratically elected president, and Kamchybek Tashiev is a patriot and hero of our people. They have jointly resolved issues concerning borders and significantly strengthened the country's economy. We must support them and maintain unity both in parliament and in society,” said Kadyraliev.
He also emphasized that in recent years, Kyrgyzstan has achieved significant economic progress: the budget has grown from 2 billion soms to 100 billion soms. Now it is necessary to unite efforts to achieve national goals.
It is worth noting that the day before, President Sadyr Japarov relieved Kamchybek Tashiev of his positions as Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, which he held simultaneously.
