Recently, an important meeting of the Marketing and Social Responsibility Committee took place at the headquarters of the Kyrgyz Football Union (KFU). The main focus of the meeting was on the prospects for commercial and media growth of the football industry in the country this year.
One of the central issues on the agenda was the transfer of commercial rights to various specialized organizations: the Kyrgyz Premier League, the Women's Football Association, and the Children's Football League. This step is aimed at decentralizing management, which will allow the leagues to attract sponsors more effectively. The committee decided to bring this issue to the discussion of the KFU Executive Committee for a final decision.
During the meeting, a new commercial regulation for the Premier League was also approved, which will help streamline business activities within the championship. Participants emphasized the importance of technical modernization: the initiative included a plan to acquire modern equipment for creating television broadcasts and show programs. These steps are aimed at improving the quality of media content and attracting more viewers and partners to football matches.
As a result of the meeting, a course was set for the active commercialization of KFU's operations. The implementation of the set goals will improve the coverage of football tournaments and strengthen the financial stability of sports organizations in the country by 2026.
