According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region, the main goal of this initiative was to prevent the uncontrolled reproduction of wild animals, which in turn should enhance the safety of the local population and livestock, as well as maintain the ecological balance in the region. As a result of the raid, one predator was eliminated.
