According to the local department for nature protection in the Issyk-Kul region, the incident happened early in the morning on February 8 in the eastern part of the village. A dog ran into the yard of a man born in 1978 and attacked his sheep.
“According to our data, this was not a wild dog, but a pet belonging to a neighbor. Work is being carried out in each ayil okmotu to catch and eliminate stray dogs. At the moment, their numbers have significantly decreased,” noted specialists from the mentioned department.
