This information was announced by Ruslan Talantbek uulu, the head of the village council.
According to him, there were previously 9 villages in the rural district of Myrza-Ake. As a result of the administrative-territorial reform that merged two rural districts, it was proposed to develop a master plan.
“With the support of the local council, a master plan costing 14.5 million soms was developed, which is long-term until 2050. The master plan is based on a project created in 1970 and covers all aspects, including water supply and sewage. Every settlement was taken into account in this project,” he noted.
Currently, 16,000 people live in the central part of the rural district of Myrza-Ake, while the master plan anticipates an increase in population to 30,000 people. All 9 villages are planned for the next 25 years, taking into account demographic changes. The plan designates locations for hospitals, recreation areas, kindergartens, schools, and roads. The master plan has been discussed in the urban planning council with the participation of all stakeholders and is now presented for public hearings,” added Ruslan Talantbek uulu.
