From February 12 to 13, there will be cloudy weather with clearings, but without significant precipitation. During the day, the temperature will fluctuate between 7–11 degrees Celsius, and at night — 0…–2 degrees.
According to forecasters, throughout the week, the temperature in the capital will gradually rise, despite brief rains on some days.
