In the city of Manas, a discussion was held on youth safety issues, where entrepreneurs were once again reminded of the inadmissibility of selling alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age.

On February 6, a meeting took place to consider measures for protecting minors, preventing the illegal consumption of alcoholic and psychotropic substances, as well as ensuring order in public places.

The event was attended by Nurlan Ermatov, the first deputy representative of the president in the Jalal-Abad region, representatives of law enforcement agencies, and owners of cafes, restaurants, and other entertainment establishments in Manas.

The main goal of the meeting was to strengthen preventive measures in light of the increasing cases of violence against teenagers and to conduct awareness-raising work among businesspeople.

As an example, a case of violence against a teenager in one of the local cafes was highlighted during the meeting. The participants agreed that to prevent such incidents, it is necessary to enhance security measures.

The deputy representative of the president urged entrepreneurs to refrain from selling alcoholic beverages to minors, to install video surveillance systems, to organize security, and to implement "panic buttons." Attention was also drawn to the importance of enhancing preventive work and establishing more effective cooperation.
