According to the information from the Panfilov District Prosecutor's Office, Kainy is the administrative center of this district. The apartment in one of the apartment buildings in the city was bequeathed to E.B., who is a complete orphan.
Citizen A.T. approached the district prosecutor's office with a statement on behalf of the teenager, indicating that the rights of the minor E.B. to housing were being violated, as she was left without parental care.
During the investigation, it was confirmed that the apartment located at: Kainy, Belobrova St., 8/19, was indeed inherited by E.B. from her grandmother. However, relative S.K., lacking the status of a legal guardian, unlawfully rented the apartment to third parties, using the proceeds for personal purposes.
To protect the rights and legal interests of E.B., the district prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit for the eviction of individuals who were unlawfully residing in the apartment on June 24, 2025.
As a result, on January 15, 2026, the district court granted the prosecutor's claim, restoring the rights of the complete orphan E.B. and returning her inherited apartment.
