"Тunduk" remains one of the most popular apps in Kyrgyzstan

All citizen requests from various corners of Kyrgyzstan are considered by the relevant government institutions. No region is left out of this process, as reported by Aizirek Mamadalieva, head of the customer support department of OJSC "Tunduk".

According to her, the "Tunduk" application covers the entire country without distinction between the capital and other regions. Currently, more than 3 million people are using its services.

She also added that "Tunduk" represents a unique digital service for Kyrgyzstan and makes a significant contribution to the digitization process. The application offers over 194 different services, of which 20 pertain to legally significant documents. Each year, efforts are made to improve the quality of service and expand the list of available services.

In 2025, more than 20 new services were implemented, which are currently undergoing the necessary stages of deployment. Mamadalieva noted that "Tunduk" remains one of the most popular applications in the country, allowing users to obtain documents, certificates, and schedule appointments in electronic queues for clinics.

Among the frequently requested online services are the issuance of driver's license replacements, registration of vehicle purchase and sale transactions, payment of fines, and obtaining insurance.

Significant attention is paid to the protection of users' personal data. Mamadalieva emphasized that the company has a specialized information security department that ensures reliable protection of digital documents. The authentication system is built on complex and secure algorithms. She noted that to date, not a single case of data leakage has been registered.
