In Bishkek, the Municipal Inspection of the city hall is monitoring compliance with sanitary norms on the roadway, especially near construction sites along the route leading to the international airport "Manas" (Vasilievsky Tract). This was reported by the city hall.
During inspections, it was found that vehicles involved in construction work are carrying soil onto the road.
At the site of LLC "MENS", the wheel washing station is not being used as intended. Furthermore, a previous order to comply with landscaping rules was not fulfilled within the established timeframe. As a result, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the company in accordance with part 2 of Article 177 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. A new order was also issued requiring the concreting of a section of the road to minimize pollution and ensure road safety.
As for the site of LLC "Manas Motors", there is no wheel washing station. The company was instructed to install a ramp and a transboiler within three days. Otherwise, appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with current legislation.
The Municipal Inspection reminds that construction companies are required to maintain cleanliness at the exits from construction sites and adjacent territories at all times.
