Applications can be submitted either in person or through a mobile application; however, this choice does not affect the speed of connection.
“We strongly recommend that subscribers engage in gas connection or meter relocation during the warm season, that is, in the summer. In this case, the connection can be made in just five to six days, which is significantly faster than the standard timeframe. Unfortunately, many subscribers only apply at the beginning of the heating season (October-November), when all teams are busy preparing for the heating season,” Aldayev noted.
He also mentioned that there are 600 cabinet gas regulation points located in Bishkek.
“These points require daily adjustments depending on the temperature to ensure a stable gas supply to subscribers. In cold conditions, teams are occupied with eliminating emergencies and leaks, which complicates the connection of new subscribers. Therefore, during the winter period, adherence to the standard connection timelines is not always possible, and this does not depend on the method of application submission,” he added.
