Deputy Mayor of Bishkek Victoria Mozgacheva, accompanied by the Director of the Department of Social Development Aizada Junusova, visited the renovated Children's Assistance Center, which provides protection for children who have faced violence and abuse. The renovation affected part of the building housing the Center, improved the surrounding area, and equipped the premises.
Since its opening over 11 years ago, the Center has offered free social, psychological, and legal services to children in difficult life circumstances, including those who have suffered from violence, as well as children with disabilities and their families.
During the visit, Mozgacheva and Junusova familiarized themselves with the new, fully equipped offices, the ramp, as well as the updated access roads, parking, and entrance area, along with new furniture and play areas for children.
The work was carried out as part of the capital repair and construction plan for social development facilities for 2025. The Center, located at: Karasaeva St., 73 (east wing of School No. 14), now meets all modern requirements for accessibility, safety, and comfort for children and their families.
The purpose of the visit was to assess the quality of the completed work and the Center's readiness for full operation in the updated conditions.
