According to the agency's data, employees of the Bishkek City Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control are monitoring sites in the capital.


During the inspection, it was found that construction norms were violated during the erection of a three-story shopping center on Tokmok Street, 59. A protocol on the violation was drawn up against the company OsOO "Sapat House," which is carrying out this work, and a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed. An order was also issued requiring the elimination of the identified violations.
The ministry strongly reminds construction companies and workers that all work must comply with current legislation and regulations. In case of non-compliance with the requirements, the agency intends to take legal measures, and all actions will be carried out with transparency and legality.
