Finalist of the project "Well, everyone together!" shares his thoughts on career, challenges, and personal growth with Vesti.kg

Aybek Bakytbekov, who became a finalist of the seventh season of the popular Russian show "Well, everyone together!", shared that participating in this project was an important stage in his life. In an interview with Vesti.kg, he noted that now, stepping onto the stage, he feels like a completely different person — more balanced, aware, and sincere.

Aybek started making music at a young age, around 17-18 years old, and remembers that time as a period of frantic activity. According to him, international competitions, performances, and broadcasts followed one after another so quickly that he couldn't comprehend what was happening around him. "Everything was happening so rapidly that I couldn't reflect on my actions," he shares. However, now he feels that he has found himself and lives each moment more consciously, which, he believes, the audience can also feel.

Discussing the project "Well, everyone together!", Aybek noted its uniqueness. He believes that it is truly a rare opportunity for artists to reveal their inner facets and rethink their creativity. One of the most memorable moments for him was the performance when all 100 experts stood in recognition. "Those were inimitable emotions. After that, I realized that my efforts were not in vain, and that feeling cannot be bought with money," he noted.
We also touched on the topic of his career, which might have seemed like a pause, but Aybek thinks otherwise. "I didn't stop; on the contrary, I strived for spiritual enrichment, spent time abroad gaining experiences that I then brought back home," he explains. This time was not just about earning money, but about inner development, which, according to him, significantly reflected in his music, making it more sincere and expressive. "Music is more than just notes," he says.
The artist emphasized that he is interested not only in success but also in the depth of content. For him, victories matter, but without inner essence, they lose their value. "I wish for my songs to inspire people and give them hope," he added.
Aybek also spoke about his love for lyrical songs and how he has always remained true to himself despite pressure. His ambitions have always been aimed at the international level, and it was important for him to be perceived not just as a performer for celebrations, but as an artist capable of representing his country on the world stage. After participating in the project, he felt inner peace: "Many people supported me, including from Australia, Venice, and Africa. The feeling that my compatriots approved of my path gave me strength." Now he feels that he can allow himself lighter and more danceable compositions.
There were also difficulties on the path to success. Aybek admitted that he experienced strong anxiety and even got seriously ill during the filming. "It became a test, but it only spurred me on. I came for victory and was not going to give up," the artist recalls. The trials were the first, followed by recognition and new opportunities.
To this day, Aybek believes that the passage of time is the best indicator of success. Almost 20 years devoted to music confirm his dedication to the craft. "Success is when you enjoy what you do, feel inner peace, and remain yourself," he concluded.
He also noted how important family support is. Despite the distance during the project, he always felt their support and warmth.
In his life principles, the artist highlights humility, patience, and an individual path without envy towards others. He views the profession of an artist as a service that permeates all aspects of life. "If you are engaged in sports, it's for the stage. If you study languages, it's to sing in them," he explains.
Ahead of Aybek are new songs and themes. He wants to talk about kindness, sincerity, nature, and human responsibility. Looking back on the path he has traveled, he admits that he sometimes returns to the past, but now he is sure: it is more important to live in the present. "I have remained the same, just with new qualities," he summarized.
