New Police Buildings Opened in Ak-Suysky District
According to information from the regional Internal Affairs Department, these facilities were built with the support of President Sadyr Japarov and at the initiative of Interior Minister Ulan Niyazbekov, and their location in remote areas of the district emphasizes the importance of improving access to law enforcement agencies.
Attending the event were the head of the Issyk-Kul region's Internal Affairs Department, Murat Boronov, the prosecutor of the Ak-Suu district, local authorities, elders, and police veterans, as well as residents of the villages.
These buildings became the 13th and 14th in the Issyk-Kul region, and there are plans to construct about 40 more police facilities in the region. The commissioning of five additional buildings is expected in the near future.
According to Murat Boronov, efforts to strengthen the material and technical base of internal affairs agencies are being carried out on an ongoing basis throughout the country.
The Issyk-Kul region's Internal Affairs Department noted that the new buildings have been created with all necessary conditions for comfortable service by police officers, including official housing and facilities for quality citizen service, maintaining public order, and combating crime.
