
At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Gulsunkan Junushalieva raised the issue of the reuse of sunflower oil in public catering establishments.
She emphasized that this oil is only permissible to use twice.
“In our cafes, it is not always known how many times this product has been used. It is necessary to conduct a sanitary examination. Children eat at KFC, and this negatively affects the quality of food. At the Osh market, they prepare boorsoks in old, dark oil, yet there is still a large flow of customers,” she added.
