At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Nilufer Alimjanova raised the issue of the possibilities for obtaining state mortgages for graduates of orphanages.
The response to this question was provided by Nurlan Khudaikulov, Deputy Chairman of the State Mortgage Company. He stated that young people who have left orphanages can take advantage of mortgage lending at a rate of 4% with no down payment required.
However, as Khudaikulov noted, to obtain the loan, it is necessary to meet certain criteria, including having even a minimal income.
