The agency also added that the asphalt concrete surface in this section was laid in September of last year, and the object remains under the warranty service of the contracting company. All costs for the restoration work will be borne by the contractor.
The Ministry of Transport emphasized that the road will be transferred to the balance only after all deficiencies have been addressed and the surface has been brought into full compliance with current standards.
