Akyilbek Tumanbaev accused the Ministry of Construction of collusion with construction companies. Oruntaev's response.
He raised the question: "Who benefits from this situation? Billions of tenge are not reaching the tax service. According to the rules, after commissioning, companies must pay taxes, but this is not happening. It seems that employees of the Ministry of Construction are interested in this collusion with developers, which complicates the commissioning of facilities. Why is this happening?"
In response to these accusations, Minister Nurdana Oruntaev denied the deputy's statements.
He stated: "Firstly, such a situation is not beneficial to anyone. For example, until 2022, there were about 200 facilities in the country where people lived without official commissioning. To date, a special commission has been created that is actively working. Last year, about 150 facilities were commissioned. Many of them lacked the necessary documents, and the owners of some companies were on the run. Over the past year, we have managed to commission about 150 facilities, and there are still 50 remaining, for which work is ongoing."
First Deputy Prime Minister Daniyar Amangeldiev also noted that recently more facilities are being commissioned than before. According to him, in 2025, the number of commissioned facilities increased by 57% compared to 2024.
