Social Media Outraged by "Temporary" Asphalt in Suzak
Discussions on social media concern a section of the road that connects Suzak, Kuruk-Kol, and Tashkilat in the rural administration of Barpa. The freshly laid asphalt is already covered with cracks, depressions, and potholes. In videos posted by users online, pieces of the new surface can be seen literally crumbling under the wheels of cars, and the section looks like an old road rather than a repaired one.
“This asphalt didn’t last even a month,” drivers ironically note, who are forced to navigate this “chessboard” road that is ready to crumble every day.
So far, there have been no official comments from road services or the local administration regarding the condition of the road surface.
