In the United States, there is a growing demand for editors, writers, and other content professionals. This is linked to the increase in the number of low-quality texts generated by artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. This was reported by TASS, citing material from Business Insider.
With the increase in the volume of AI-generated content, employers have begun to realize how important specialists are who can create high-quality and persuasive texts that help stand out from competitors. For example, large companies like Microsoft are offering technology communications directors salaries of up to $775,000 a year.
According to one expert, there is "so much garbage" on the internet now that employers are once again willing to generously reward those who can write well. At the same time, another source noted that the mass adoption of AI leads to a situation where everyone becomes a writer, and true authors get lost among them.
Earlier, the chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve, Jerome Powell, mentioned that the implementation of AI could negatively impact the employment of college graduates and other educational institution alumni. Nevertheless, as reported by Lenta.ru, companies that excessively laid off employees due to the implementation of neural networks have begun to bring some of them back to offices around the world. Statistics show that this figure has reached 5.3 percent, and more than half of employers now regret their hasty layoffs.
