
A supervision was held at correctional facility No. 31, organized for psychologists and inspectors of the Rehabilitation and Social Adaptation Centers of the State Penitentiary Service, according to information from the institution's press service. The main objective of this event was to enhance the professional skills of specialists working with convicts, defendants, and colleagues, as well as to improve the quality of interaction and reduce the risk of professional burnout.
During the supervision, participants analyzed practical cases, shared experiences, and discussed important issues related to psychological support in the penitentiary system.
The event was also timed to coincide with the third anniversary of the establishment of the Psychological Service of the State Penitentiary Service. In honor of this occasion, the award for "Best Penitentiary Psychologist" was presented to Captain of the Internal Service Erkegulova Eleonora for her high professionalism and contribution to the development of the psychological service.
