Deputy Kurmankul Zulushiev expressed interest regarding Kasymaliev's absence and asked whether he had been notified about the meeting in advance. He also noted that the factions of the Jogorku Kenesh have recently been accommodating the cabinet of ministers by organizing their meetings once a month. Nevertheless, often instead of the heads of factions, their deputies attend the meetings, which causes misunderstandings.
In response, Speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu stated that a dialogue had taken place between the apparatus of the Jogorku Kenesh and the apparatus of the cabinet of ministers before planning the meeting. However, it turned out that an important international event is taking place in Dubai during these days, which is of great significance for Kyrgyzstan, and it was impossible to cancel Kasymaliev's participation. In this regard, today's meeting will feature the First Deputy Prime Minister Daniyar Amangeldiev, as well as heads of various departments.
