The whole village chipped in: how a full-fledged kindergarten was opened in Kyzyl-Zhyldyz
For the past three years, this kindergarten has been operating in the format of a three-hour institution based in the renovated building of an old school. From November to December 2025, to transition it to a full format, local residents organized fundraising, and a sum was allocated from the local budget. These funds were used to purchase necessary equipment, including kitchen utensils, educational materials, and bedding.
According to information, 650,000 soms were allocated from the budget of the Chayek Ayil Okmotu, and 113,000 soms were collected from the residents themselves. Additionally, local residents voluntarily provided some items and construction materials. The purchase of beds for the children was carried out by one of the deputies.
Now the kindergarten can accommodate up to 60 children, and all necessary conditions have been created for them. The district education department has added new staff positions, and the issue of salaries has been successfully resolved.
Moreover, the construction of a new two-story kindergarten for 120 places is planned in the village. This project is included in the title list of the Cabinet of Ministers, the tender for its execution has already been announced, and the regional capital construction department has signed the relevant contract. Currently, the documents are in the approval stage, and the land for construction has been allocated next to the school.
