According to the university, Gulmeerim was born on July 5, 1996, in the village of Üch-Bai, located in the T. Zulpuyev rural district of the Nookat region in Osh Oblast.
In 2011, she enrolled in the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Osh State University, continued her studies in the bachelor's program during the 2013–2014 academic year, and successfully completed her education in the 2018–2019 academic years.
After graduating from university, she continued to work in the education sector, holding the position of head of the academic department at the Nookat Gymnasium until August 2025.
Starting in September 2025, Gulmeerim suffered from a serious illness and was receiving treatment in the hospital.
She passed away on February 3, 2026.
