The state institution "Kyzmat" has announced the possibility of submitting an application for changing a surname, first name, or patronymic remotely.
To process the request, the following information will be required:
- the reason for the change of full name;
- new surname, first name, and patronymic;
- contact phone number and email address;
- selected Public Service Center (PSC) for receiving the certificate;
- expected time for processing the application;
- willingness to receive the certificate by delivery (optional).
The request will be reviewed within the established timeframe, and the citizen will receive a notification about the result. If the application is approved, they will be sent a code and information about the cost of the service.
The price for changing the full name ranges from 346 to 3172.51 soms.
