As a result of artificial breeding, 812,000 eggs of Issyk-Kul trout were obtained and placed in incubators for further growth. Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture reported that this hatching process was successfully completed.
During the cultivation, there were slight losses of about 8%, which allowed for the production of 747,000 fry. The yield was 92%, which is an excellent indicator. "At the moment, the fry have started to consume special starter feeds," the statement clarified.
In addition, 2,500,000 eggs of the sig-lood fish were also artificially bred, which are currently in incubation devices. The hatching process is expected to last 82 days, which approximately coincides with March.
