On February 3, the Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Azamat Kadyrov, visited the Oktyabrsky district to check on the progress of the construction and major repairs of social facilities.
According to information from the city hall, special attention was paid to the renovation of kindergarten "Balastan" No. 132, which is designed for 140 children and whose work is being carried out by the Capital Construction Department.
In addition, Kadyrov inspected the construction process of an additional building for secondary school No. 3, located in the 5th microdistrict. The new three-story educational building, which includes a basement, will accommodate up to 500 students, and its total area is 4,136.67 square meters. Currently, the work on erecting the monolithic frame and roof has been completed, while insulation of the facade and installation of internal engineering systems are ongoing.
During the inspection, deficiencies in the organization and quality of work at kindergarten "Balastan" No. 132 were identified. The Deputy Mayor instructed city services to ensure constant monitoring of the construction work, promptly rectify identified violations, and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.
The city hall also noted that the commissioning of social facilities in accordance with project documentation and within the established deadlines is under special control of the municipality.
