"The tariff rate is 102 soms, and a balance is calculated for each month. For example, on average, drivers work 165 hours, and we pay for this according to the tariff of 102 soms. Passenger flow, the regularity of routes, and overtime are also taken into account," he clarified.
Additionally, public transport drivers will receive a 20 percent bonus for quality passenger service.
