Olga Bryzgalova, representing the Ministry of Education, shared details about who will become the new teachers under the "Zamanbat Mughalim" project.

It was previously announced that the ministry plans to attract specialists from various related fields to teaching.

According to Bryzgalova, the plan is to hire people with higher education, such as engineers and technologists. However, this does not mean that any engineer can simply come in and teach computer science. Currently, the public fund "Zamanbat Mughalim" is recruiting for two-year courses, where specialists will simultaneously study teaching methodology in the master's program at MUCA and apply their professional knowledge in practice.

Since 2023, this project has been implemented with the support of the public fund. The pilot phase is currently taking place in the Chui region, involving 12 schools. The recruitment of new teachers will continue until May. In the previous recruitment in 2023, out of a thousand candidates, only nine were able to successfully complete the training and start working; however, in subsequent years, the number of employed teachers has increased to 46, who not only conduct lessons but also actively participate in extracurricular activities. Additionally, there are plans to expand the project in the Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions if additional applications are received.

It is also worth noting that Edil Baysalov previously expressed the opinion that 15-20% of teachers could be replaced by specialists without pedagogical education. His statement caused a wide resonance.
