In the center of Kyrgyzstan's capital, at the intersection of Bokonbaeva Street and Manas Avenue, OJSC “Airports of Kyrgyzstan” announced the implementation of an ambitious project — the creation of a 25-story business center named “Aviator.” This information was announced by the company's press service.
The project promises to become one of the most significant architectural initiatives in Bishkek, combining elements of business infrastructure, hotel services, and aviation aesthetics.
The “Aviator” building will be designed in a style inspired by aviation, with design solutions reflecting the dynamics of flight and high technology. Inside the complex, there will be business offices, restaurants, boutiques, a hotel, as well as spaces for startups and representatives of creative industries.
A key feature of the project will be a helicopter pad located on the roof of the building.
According to information from OJSC “Airports of Kyrgyzstan,” the investor for this project will be a Chinese company. However, the timelines for implementation and costs have not yet been disclosed.

It is also planned that Asman Airlines, a subsidiary of OJSC “Airports of Kyrgyzstan,” will operate business and sightseeing helicopter flights around Bishkek and its surroundings. In the near future, the company intends to purchase a helicopter for these purposes.
“The ‘Aviator’ project will be a new milestone for businesses, investors, and guests of the capital, as well as a symbol of modern and innovative Bishkek,” noted Manasbek Samidinov, Chairman of the Board of OJSC “Airports of Kyrgyzstan.”
