He noted that one of the most pressing issues arising among residents after the adoption of the new general plan is the renovation of the capital. Kydyrmaev explained that the document outlines zones for multi-story construction, but this does not mean that landowners will lose their homes. The general plan indicates what types of buildings can be constructed in the specified areas, while the decision to build remains with the owners, who can sell their plots to developers or participate in shared construction.
As for the central part of the city, there are height restrictions for buildings.
“Despite the high interest from investors, according to the new general plan, only objects with a height of no more than 9-14 stories can be built,” the architect clarified.
Additionally, he added that all four districts of the capital will be developed with the creation of centers in each of them, which will allow residents to travel less to the central part of the city for work, study, or other matters.
