Sadyr Japarov met with cadets of private driving schools and explained to them the reasons for the reforms
“In our country, there are 275 private driving schools, and most of you have undergone training in them for 2.5 months. However, the quality of training leaves much to be desired. Only 3–4 people are capable of adequately preparing for driving,” the president noted.
He also emphasized the existence of another problem: some candidates are unable to pass the exam even after 20 attempts.
“Do we have acquaintances who have faced something similar?” he asked the audience, to which one of the attendees confirmed this.
“Previously, the system functioned differently. In private driving schools, fees were charged, and due to corruption and the human factor, exams were passed — at best — after 5–6 attempts. Today, the situation has changed. The introduction of artificial intelligence has made such schemes impossible, as they were before,” Japarov added.
The head of state emphasized that all these changes require time. “We must care about the future, about our children. Our country must live by the laws — honestly and fairly,” concluded Sadyr Japarov.
