According to him, the increase in the number of requests is related to the replacement of driver's licenses, but the required number of employees is unable to handle the flow. "We come to the queue at 3-4 AM, and even then the number of people wanting to be served reaches 300. Many do not manage to process their documents," he shared.
In addition, the man noted that there are no available spots in the online queue for the coming weeks.
"By 11 AM, tickets for processing are no longer issued, as they say the queues are too large," he added.
