Family education and online learning are available for schoolchildren in Kyrgyzstan
As Bryzgalova noted, not all students will be able to take advantage of this opportunity.
“There are certain criteria by which students can access such services. Family education involves the engagement of parents and tutors. There is also an option to contact the school education department, where specialists are ready to explain who can access this form of education and how it is regulated, including the process of obtaining a school graduation certificate,” she explained.
It is important to note that according to the regulation, family education is available to all students. It involves studying the curriculum outside the walls of the educational institution, provided that intermediate and final assessments are completed at the appropriate institution.
Parents or legal representatives have the right to organize primary, basic, and secondary general education for their children in the form of family education, if this is approved by the territorial commission for child affairs.
“It is too early to talk about the results. Only the first semester has passed, and by the end of the year we will be able to summarize, assessing both the positive and negative aspects faced by both teachers and students,” she added.
