Kymbat Urumkulova: "The 'Volunteers of Eurasia' Award will become annual"
The ceremony was dedicated to volunteers who actively participated in the implementation of social, educational, patriotic, and youth projects carried out by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Eurasia" in Kyrgyzstan throughout 2025.
Present at the event were the director of the regional office "Eurasia Kyrgyzstan" Kymbat Almazbekovna Urumkulova and the rector of BSU Mirlan Mukhtarovich Dildaev.
In her speech at the ceremony, Kymbat Urumkulova emphasized that the awards would become a tradition and would be held annually.
“This is a symbol of gratitude and respect for the volunteer movement, which is always ready to lend a helping hand. We have over 1,000 volunteers from leading educational institutions in the country. In 2025, they actively participated in significant events such as the celebration of Victory Day on May 9, a patriotic action with the St. George ribbon, the opening of the "Eurasia" park, as well as large-scale clean-up events along the shores of Issyk-Kul. Volunteering is a systematic and responsible activity based on mutual assistance and active youth participation in societal life. The "Volunteers of Eurasia" awards will be an annual tradition aimed at recognizing the contributions of volunteers,” Kymbat Urumkulova reported.
