On the morning of February 2, three blind pedestrians found themselves in a difficult situation at an intersection where a traffic light was operating. They were a bit confused and couldn't immediately cross the street, ending up on the pedestrian crossing when the red light was on. While waiting for the green signal, they were able to continue moving with the help of a passing driver.
It is worth noting that not everywhere in Bishkek are there sound traffic lights for the visually impaired, and tactile indicators are also absent.
