Construction of a new building for school No. 91 has begun in the residential area "Kara-Zhyach"
In the Oktyabrsky district of Bishkek, construction has begun on a new building for secondary school No. 91 in the residential area of "Kara-Jyjach." This was reported by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the information from the ministry, this project is being carried out in accordance with the directive of President Sadyr Japarov regarding the need to build new educational institutions in the capital.
On January 31, Minister Nurdana Oruntaev conducted an inspection at the construction site and reviewed the project preparations. During his visit, he studied the project documentation and issued instructions to the heads of the relevant departments. The new building of school No. 91 will become one of twenty educational institutions planned for construction in Bishkek by 2026.
These projects aim to reduce the burden on existing schools and create more comfortable learning conditions in the capital. Funding for the work is provided from the republican budget.
It is worth noting that, at the instruction of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, 20 new schools are to be built in Bishkek by 2026. This initiative is part of a state program aimed at developing social infrastructure and addressing the issue of overcrowding in educational institutions.
