The center's director, Nurgul Shoonaeva, noted that in 2025, the number of births increased by 1,000 compared to the previous year, indicating growing pressure on the maternity care system.
The Ministry of Health clarified that each woman receives the necessary medical assistance according to indications, and hospitalization is not declined, even with territorial constraints. Despite the current difficulties, the center's staff works around the clock, taking measures to ensure the safety and quality of the care provided.
Earlier, photographs from the Reproductive Center appeared on social media, showing mothers placed on mattresses and beds in the corridors.
