During a joint meeting of the parliamentary groups "Ala-Too" and "Eldik" on January 30, Aziz Tursunbaev proposed the need to increase the amount of the social contract. He emphasized that the current amount of 150,000 soms is insufficient to start a business.

In response, Minister Kanat Sagynbaev stated that many recipients of social contracts are successfully developing their business ideas, and nine of them have already become millionaires.

As for the possible increase in the contract amount, the minister noted that it would depend on the budget.
