They claim that the main issue is the lack of staff, which has led to the absence of even class teachers. "We have already changed the class teacher three times this year," they add.
We have changed the class teacher three times this year.Parents note that for more than six months, children have not been receiving education in core subjects, including Russian and English languages, as well as chemistry and biology.
According to them, this results in a loss of basic knowledge and a lag behind the curriculum, creating unequal conditions compared to other educational institutions. "Our children should not suffer due to management mistakes and the inaction of responsible authorities," they emphasize.
In the opinion of the parents, the responsibility for this situation lies with the Ministry of Education.
They believe that the teachers working under conditions of staff shortages are not to blame. "The Ministry should provide schools with qualified educators and monitor the quality of the educational process to avoid prolonged interruptions in teaching core subjects. We want to know who will be responsible for the lost time and knowledge of our children?" they state.
Parents demand:
- an immediate solution to the problem of teacher shortages at school No. 65;
- the restoration of full teaching of all subjects;
- a public response from the Ministry of Education.
According to the department, "the director of school No. 65 has been on sick leave since January 20 of this year, and the appeal will be considered after her return to work. The director is responsible for staff recruitment at the school."
The Ministry of Education promised to address the existing problem of teacher shortages.
